The design brief and assessment criteria have been designed in collaboration with a local Head of Technology and uses the AQA specification as a base for the challenge. This means staff can use the competition as a motivational project and pupils can use their final piece as an exam submission rather than doubling up on workload and cost.
The challenge is designed to encourage the use of hands-on vacuum pressing technology in the classroom and the team at Bagpress is eagerly awaiting the submission of some truly inspirational product designs.
