Science on Stage UK is looking for outstanding and inspirational primary and secondary school teachers from across the science disciplines who have great practice to share at an international festival. Applications must be in by 20 October 2014.
From 17-20 June 2015 London will host the Science on Stage festival, an international showcase of the most creative and innovative talents in primary and secondary science education across Europe.
Under the motto “Illuminating Science Education” teachers will come together to demonstrate and exchange the best methods for inspiring the next generation in science, technology, engineering and mathematics at the hands-on fair of activities. There will also be opportunities to lead and take part in workshops, seminars and on-stage performances.
In the UK you can apply to attend by completing an online application form at http://bit.ly/sonsapply.
Places are available for educators in any STEM subjects, including both primary and secondary school teachers. Up to 70 projects are being sought this year, so if you’ve never been now is the time to apply.
